| Database One Time Search |
Appraisers can now access the Minority Interest Discount Database on a per inquiry basis and search for comparable limited partnerships.
Click on the button below and specify the search criteria using our new database wizard. The database will then present the results of your query enabling you to select the partnerships that you desire. The detailed partnership information will be available online for 1 hour and will also be faxed to you immediately. The SEC 10k annual reports for each partnership selected will also be available to you online.
